Description of feature: Support not only bare jids but hosts (and all jids under it) or lua patterns, or special roles (like prosody:user) to be unlimited. Motivation: (Why?) I trust my users and would exempt them all, and then restrict other users heavily. I guess that's true for all closed registration servers.
