According to the README, you need to set keepalive_servers to all the servers you want to ping.
In practice, if you do not set keepalive_servers, all s2s connections will be pinged, which is probably the desired behavior for most users.
Please change the wording in the README to make clearer the optionness of keepalive_servers.
