What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. setup multiple vhosts
2. register jid on vhost "one" and configure as prosody admin
3. register jid on vhost "two"
4. as admin@one issue adhoc command to delete user@two
What is the expected output?
- user should be deleted
What do you see instead?
- message "The following accounts could not be deleted"
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.10.0 on debian 8

This is intentional. To delete accounts on a host, you need to issue the command to that host, not to a different host. Consult your client for how to do that.
