The XEP-0045 muc#roominfo FORM_TYPE (XEP-0045 1.13.1 § 16.5.4) has a defined field for the room description:

> type='text-single'
> label='Short Description of Room'/>
If I read https://hg.prosody.im/trunk/file/tip/plugins/muc/description.lib.lua and observe the output of a trunk deployment correctly, Prosody emits the 'muc#roomconfig_roomdesc' var instead (which is from the muc#roomconfig FORM_TYPE).
