#1209 [mod_pastebin] Pastebins are deleted on server reboot

Right now, pastebins are stored in the memory. So if there is a server reboot, there are deleted. It is a bit annoying because if someone's post shows a link to a pastebin, and right after there is a server reboot, then no one can see the message as there is this message when clicking on the link "Invalid paste id, perhaps it expired?"
I know that pastebins can be stored permanently with pastebin_expire_after set to 0, but it would be nice to be able to set pastebin_expire_after to a period during which even server reboot does delete the pastebins.
