Description of feature: Make mod_pastebin configurable per user. That is, so that any user can say they want to receive pastebin links and also configure triggers themselves (how many lines before it triggers etc.) Motivation: (Why?) Most mod_pastebin configuration I see out there isnever how I would like it. I don't mind having 60-70 lines pasted at once every so often. I also know some people who explicitly don't want this module enabled. I'd like to be able to set some kind of default for the room, and then have each individual user being able to overwrite them as they like.
