Allow MUC room affiliations (e.g. member) to be specified on a per domain basis as well as a per JID basis.
Motivation: (Why?)
I wish to create a private room that is only accessible by local users and the occasional remote guest. A members-only room would be ideal for this task but specifying every local user individually and maintaining an up-to-date list is impractical.
