What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. `./prosody`
2. `./prosody`
What is the expected result?
The second prosody should shut down.
What do you see instead?
The second prosody says "Shutting down: Prosody already running" and starts the shutdown sequence, but then keeps on running.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
