Description of feature:
Hi everyone! The "welcome_message" (dispatched by mod_welcome) should be sent the very first time an account logs in, instead of being sent during the "in-band" registration process.
Motivation: (Why?)
I manage new users in a low-level kind of way, by creating accounts with prosodyctl(1), then leaving the user with the details and the recommendation to change their password once they have connected.
Since these users aren't registering by themselves using jabber clients, they never get to see the server welcome message.
Perhaps there's already a community module for doing this?
