Here I will wait for permission to start Prosody core modules localization (to be sure that pull-request will be satisfied and not "after the cake") ;). By the way, localizer (core.l10n) module itself is already done and can be pulled to trunk without any harm.

Can you link to source or upload a patch here? Also useful would be some docs on how it works, etc.
